- Water Proofing & Screed Foreman

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Assistant Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited University.
• 10 – 14 years of relevant experience in the execution of planning activity in the Civil/ Construction industry.

Senior Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited University.
• 06 – 10 years of relevant experience in the execution of planning activity in the Civil/ Construction industry.

Junior Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited University.
• 02 – 04 years of relevant experience in the execution of planning activity in the Civil/ Construction industry.

Finishing Foreman:
Paint Foreman:
Marble Foreman:
Tiles & Stone Foreman:
False Ceiling & Gypsum Foreman:
Water Proofing & Screed Foreman:

• High School or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• +5 years of relevant experience in the Civil/ Construction industry.

COMPETENCIES:

• Hands-on experience in all finishing activities like Tiling, Gypsum, Painting, Waterproofing/screed.
• Experience in controlling technicians.
• In-depth knowledge of finishing activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Must have experience in High Rise Residential Projects.
• Must be experienced in the use of Project Planning and Costing Software/Applications.
• Must have experience in Primavera Project Plans For Engineering role.
• UAE work experience is preferred.
• For managerial roles, experience in leading a team is mandatory.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
