DAR AL OMRAN ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS is seeking high-caliber applicants for the Sewerage and Drainage Supervision project in Dubai- UAE to fill the following positions:

POSITIONS

- Resident Engineer
- Civil Engineer
- Quantity Surveyor
- Planning Engineer
- NOC Engineer
- Health & Safety Engineer
- Material Inspector
- Inspector
- Surveyor
- Draughtsman
- Documents Controller
- Safety Officer

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Resident Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• 20 years of experience in a senior-level position.

Civil Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized university.
• 15 years of Project-related relevant experience.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree or QS preferred Professional Qualifications e.g. MRICS.
• Ten (10) years of experience in quantity surveying.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university and a civil engineering background.
• Not less than ten years in design and construction programming/planning of similar projects.

NOC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least two (02) years of experience in the relevant field.

Health & Safety Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, preferably civil environmental, or health and safety engineering.
• Ten (10) years of experience in the field of safety of network construction.
• A strong understanding of health and safety laws, regulations, and standards.

Material Inspector:

• Relevant technical qualification.
• Seven (07) years of experience in similar projects and a technical engineering background.
• Candidate must be a holder of Dubai Central Laboratory Approval.

Civil Inspector:

• Relevant technical qualifications.
• Seven (07) years of experience in the construction and supervision of stormwater, Drainage, Irrigation, and Foul Drainage Connections and Miscellaneous Works.

Surveyor:

• Relevant technical qualifications.
• Seven (07) years of experience in survey work with modern instruments related to stormwater, drainage, irrigation, foul Drainage connections, and miscellaneous works.

Draughtsman:

• Relevant technical qualifications.
• Not less than seven (07) years of experience in drafting related to stormwater, Drainage, Irrigation, and Foul Drainage Connections and miscellaneous works.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
• Maintains and manages all important documents for a particular project and assures that it is easily accessible and stored.

Safety Officer:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering/safety from a relevant tertiary Institute.
• Two (02) years of experience in the field of safety of network construction.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• Profession level in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• All candidates shall have solid consultancy supervision experience in Sewerage and Drainage Supervision projects.
• All candidates should have consultancy-based experience.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
