GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Senior Planning Engineer:

• B.E/B-Tech in Civil Engineering from an accredited University.
• 6 – 12 years of GCC experience in high-rise building and villa projects.

Planning Engineer:

• B.E/B-Tech in Civil Engineering from an accredited University.
• 3 – 6 years of GCC experience in high-rise building and villa projects.

Project Engineer:

• B.E/B-Tech in Civil Engineering from an accredited University.
• 10 – 12 years of GCC experience in high-rise building and villa projects.

Finishing Engineer:

• B.E/B-Tech in Civil Engineering from an accredited University.
• 7 – 10 years of GCC experience in high-rise building and villa projects.

QA/QC Engineer:

• B.E/B-Tech in Civil Engineering from an accredited University.
• 6 – 12 years of GCC experience in high-rise building and villa projects.

HSE Lead:

• B.E/B-Tech in Engineering from an accredited University.
• 15 – 20 years of GCC experience in high-rise building and villa projects.

Procurement Engineer:

• B.E/B-Tech in Civil Engineering from an accredited University.
• 7 – 10 years of GCC experience in high-rise building and villa projects.

Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• B.E/B-Tech in Civil Engineering from an accredited University.
• 6 – 12 years of GCC experience in high-rise building and villa projects.

Quantity Surveyor:

• B.E/B-Tech in Civil Engineering from an accredited University.
• 3 – 6 years of GCC experience in high-rise building and villa projects.

QA/QC Inspector:

• B-Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering from an accredited University.
• 3 – 6 years of GCC experience in high-rise building and villa projects.

Land Surveyor:

• B-Tech or Diploma in Civil/Survey Engineering from an accredited University.
• 7 – 10 years of GCC experience in high-rise building and villa projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be fluent in Reading and spoken English or Arabic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidates should have UAE Contracting Company experience.
• Candidates should have experience in high-end residential & commercial building & villa projects.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
