MEP Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
• 5 – 7 years of experience in the UAE, with expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and fire fighting systems projects.

Landscape Estimator:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Engineering or a similar field.
• 5 years of experience in the UAE, with expertise in landscaping projects.
• Extensive experience in cost estimation of hardscaping, softscaping, irrigation, lighting, and maintenance.

Infrastructure Estimator:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
• 8 years of experience in the UAE, with expertise in civil and infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and related projects.
• Extensive experience in reviewing tender documents, addressing discrepancies, liaising, preparing bills of quantities, pricing, and analyzing project costs. 

Steel Structure Estimator:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a similar field.
• 8 years of experience in the UAE, with expertise in steel structure for industrial buildings, and manufacturing plants projects.
• Extensive experience in cost-preparing bills of quantities, pricing, and analyzing project costs. 

Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a similar field.
• 8 years of UAE experience in accounts payable or accounting roles, focusing on the construction industry. 

Structural Foreman:

• High School or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
• 12 years of experience in the UAE, with expertise in structural works, bridges, and tunnels.
