Musanadah Facilities Management (MFM) is currently seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join our team for the supervision of a large-scale facilities management and maintenance project in Al-Ula, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- Engineering Manager
- QHSE Manager
- Civil Engineer
- Electrical Engineer
- Mechanical Engineer
- Planning / Scheduler
- HSE Officer
- Quality Assurance Officer

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Engineering Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent, and PMP Certified.
• At least 15 years of proven experience in project management and the engineering design field.

QHSE Manager:

• B.Sc. Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental science, or a related field, and Certified in Nebosh or OSHA
• At least 15 years of proven experience in facilities management and maintenance projects.

Civil Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in civil maintenance projects.

Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in electrical maintenance projects.

Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in mechanical maintenance projects.

HSE Officer:

• Diploma or B.Sc. Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental science, or a related field, and Certified in Nebosh or OSHA.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in Utilities Pipeline (Infrastructure) projects.

Planner/Scheduler:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Planning Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in maintenance planning projects.

Quality Assurance Officer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in maintenance QA/QC projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must have a valid KSA driving license.
• Candidates must have GCC project supervision experience.
• Candidates must have experience with facilities management and maintenance projects.
• Candidates must be available in the KSA and locally, and can join immediately.
