- Senior Project Manager
- Senior MEP Manager

- BIM Engineer
- Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Sr. Project Control Engineer

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Senior Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering approved by the SEC and PMP Certification.
• 18+ years of proven track record experience in building supervision within an engineering consultancy.

Senior MEP Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering approved by the SEC.
• 18+ years of proven track record experience in building supervision within an engineering consultancy.

Senior Quality Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering approved by the SEC.
• 15+ years of proven track record experience in building supervision within an engineering consultancy.

HS&E Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering approved by the SEC, and IOSH / NEBOSH Certified.
• 15+ years of proven track record experience in building supervision within an engineering consultancy.

Senior Project Control & Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering approved by the SEC.
• 15+ years of proven track record experience in building supervision within an engineering consultancy.

Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying approved by the SEC.
• 16+ years of proven track record experience in building supervision within an engineering consultancy.

BIM Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering approved by the SEC.
• 15+ years of proven track record experience in building supervision within an engineering consultancy.

HS&E Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering approved by the SEC, and IOSH / NEBOSH Certified.
• 15+ years of proven track record experience in building supervision within an engineering consultancy.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must have a Valid Saudi Driving Licence.
• In-depth knowledge of local authority regulations in Riyadh, KSA.
• Candidates are necessary for affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Must have experience working on commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
