Established in 2010 by Craig Carter as Carter Associates, the firm has evolved steadily through strategic partnerships, service expansion, and regional growth.
With the appointment of Nathan Hones as Partner and COO in 2015 and the formation of Carter Hones Associates Holding Company in 2022, the organization strengthened its leadership structure and positioned itself for long-term expansion. The addition of Partner and Chief Commercial Officer Zane Heasman in 2023 further enhanced the company’s capabilities by launching a dedicated Cost Consultancy division.
