• Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or a related field, and Proficient in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
• Minimum 5 years of proven GCC experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed drawings and plans for architectural projects, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Use CAD software to produce accurate technical drawings and models.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure that all plans meet design specifications and project requirements.
• Create 3D models and renderings to help visualize design concepts.
• Maintain project files and documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
• Assist in site surveys and preparation of as-built drawings.
• Ensure that all work is completed accurately, on time, and within budget.

Joinery Draftsman:

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or a related field, and Proficient in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
• Minimum 5 years of proven GCC experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed technical drawings and plans for custom joinery projects, including cabinets, doors, and furniture.
• Collaborate with other members of the design and production team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Review project specifications and requirements and make adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure that all drawings and plans are accurate and comply with relevant codes and regulations.
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and other drafting tools to create technical drawings.
