• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and PMP Certification.
• At least 15 years of experience supervising as a consultant on infrastructure projects, flood and rainwater drainage channels, and city development programs.

Civil Engineer (Construction):

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 5 years of experience supervising as a consultant on infrastructure projects.

Civil Engineer (Contracts):

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 3 – 7 years of experience in contract management and familiarity with contract regulations and the government competition and procurement system.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 7 years of experience in the fields of “scheduling and planning” in well-known consulting/construction contracting companies

Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 7 years of experience in the field of mechanical works such as pumps, pipes, and fire protection, etc.

Safety Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of quality assurance and control of heavy civil infrastructure projects.

GIS Specialist:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in a field closely related to geographic information systems.

Land Surveyor:

• Technical Diploma in Survey Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of land surveying, roads, and construction projects.
