Marine Civil Engineer:
• Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent.
• Must have a minimum of 4 – 6 years of experience.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspections of construction materials delivered to the site, taking all necessary measures to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Perform monitoring observations and regular inspections according to agreed inspection and test plans (where hold points are clearly defined) for work executed by the Contractor(s).
• Maintain continuous surveillance of the quality control procedures and organization of the Contractor to ensure their effectiveness in maintaining work quality.
• Monitor supplier(s) and contractor(s) compliance with contractual safety requirements and governmental regulations. Identify safety violations and ensure the implementation of necessary corrective actions.
Quantity Surveyor:
• Quantity Survey Degree or equivalent.
• Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience, at least 3 years of experience within the UAE preferably in Consultancy services.
Job Responsibilities:
• Measurement/Quantity take off as per Standard Method of Measurements applicable in the construction industry for the preparation of BOQ as per detailed drawings and specifications.
• Pre–tender cost estimate/ cost plan at all stages from the concept design stage and to be expanded/developed for further stages until final design and preparation of tender documents.
• Pre-tender priced BOQ based on the final tender document released for the tender adjustment/amendments to the quantities in BOQ as per design changes to the final design during the process of tender and post-tender stages.
• Prepare tender analysis report for the tenders and comparative analysis for quotations received from tenderers/contractors and suppliers.
Architectural Draftsman:
• Diploma in Architecture or Civil / Electrical Mechanical Engineering.
• Must have a minimum of 4 – 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Sketch-up, Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Revit.
Job Responsibilities:
• Deliver complete and detailed AutoCAD drawings and Revit / BIM Models.
• Review, understand, and translate design briefs, scope of works, conceptual designs, and hand sketches into digital file formats such as AutoCAD, Revit, DWF, etc.
• Prepare related deliverables lists including drawings and any other documentation before starting any project.
• Provide start and end completion dates for every drawing and any other document included in the deliverables lists as per the programs included in the signed agreements.
• Discuss and coordinate all the design issues with the other internal architectural-structural-mechanical-electrical disciplines as well as external consultants appointed for specific projects.
Structural Draftsman:
• Diploma in Civil / Structural or Architecture Engineering.
• Must have a minimum of 4 – 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Sketch-up, Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Revit.
Job Responsibilities:
• Deliver complete and detailed AutoCAD drawings and Revit / BIM Models.
• Provide support to the Architectural Draftsmen during the initial project’s phases.
• Prepare Structural CAD drawings for all types of Structural Systems.
• Prepare drawing list, printout, plot files, and copies of Structural Drawings for clients, municipality, and contractor.
• Prepare detailed Structural Drawings and make necessary amendments in full compliance with Architectural, MEP, Structural, and Municipality requirements.
• Create, coordinate, and manage Revit models with respective departments.
