• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Must have a minimum of 10+ years of experience, and at least 8 years of experience within the UAE preferably in Consultancy Services.

Job Responsibilities:

• To prepare the project budget and calculation of detailed, and machine hours.
• Identify and track changes to the project scope ensuring estimates of cost changes and schedule impact are given visibility to the Client.
• Develop Design, Construction, and Operator schedules, Estimate the time element of change of orders, incorporate it within the schedules, Evaluate claims, and make recommendations.
• Preparing pre-construction and construction phase master and detailed schedules, and participating in contract administration.
• Prepare weekly progress & Engineering works updates to be discussed during progress meetings.
• Review and prepare responses for the main contractor’s update of the baseline program, cash flow, and activity weight charts and report for any discrepancies and issues.

Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Must have a minimum of 10+ years of experience, and at least 8 years of experience within the UAE preferably in Consultancy Services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review outgoing electrical projects’ work, technical and commercial correspondences, and Give site backup on technical/design issues when required.
• Review designs’ electrical calculations and specifications for designed projects.
• Monitor and control all electrical works during the design and construction stage.
• Prepare all design drawings and calculations related to Light, Power, telephone, low current, security, and safety (Voltage drop calculations– Electrical load schedule – lux level calculation – details – Section & General notes & values).
• Prepare all required design documents for Authorities’ Approval.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure that execution is as per contract documents, and follow up with draft man while preparing drawings.

Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Must have a minimum of 10+ years of experience, and at least 8 years of experience within the UAE preferably in Consultancy Services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Fully aware of UAE authorities’ rules & regulations in addition to international codes standards.
• Expert in designing HVAC systems /Firefighting /drainage and water supply systems.
• Can prepare all design and technical calculations and technical reports.
• Have the ability to discuss and negotiate all design issues with developers as well as authorities.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure execution as per contract.
• Follow up with draftsmen while working on design drawings and ensure the drafting quality.
• Manage revisions to reflect MEP design changes and as-built conditions.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holder.
• Must have a minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience within the UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

• To keep, create, and maintain complete filling for the projects’ incoming and outgoing correspondences.
• Receive, distribute, and file incoming and outgoing project documents (correspondences/submittals) from contractors and clients Prepare and update the register log for all incoming and outgoing documents (correspondences/submittals) weekly with reference numbers.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure that all documents are kept in the right place and the right department file archive.
• Ensures that all documents have no errors in filenames, submissions, etc. before issuing them to the contractor to avoid confusion.
• Management and control of drawings and correspondences between the project team, client & contractor.
