GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by SEC, and PM Certification.
• Minimum 15 years of experience, 10 years as a Project Manager and at least 3 years with Royal Commission as PM.

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 15 years of experience, 10 years as a QA/QC Manager and at least 3 years with Royal Commission as PM.

Finance Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, 5 years as a Finance Manager in the construction company.

Cost Control Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 6 – 7 years of experience in the construction company on site.

Structure Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structure Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 6 – 7 years of experience in the construction company on site.

Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 6 – 7 years of experience in the construction company on site.

Marine Works Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 6 – 7 years of experience in the construction company on site.

Mechanical Works Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 6 – 7 years of experience in the construction company on site.

Telecommunication Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 6 – 7 years of experience in the construction company on site.

Technical Office Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 6 – 7 years of experience in the construction company on site.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 6 – 7 years of experience in the construction company on site.

HSE Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering recognized by SEC, and NEBOSH Certification.
• Minimum 6 – 7 years of experience in the construction company on site.

Mechanical Site Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction company on site.

Senior Surveyor:

• Technical Diploma in Civil/Survey Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 6 – 7 years of experience in the construction company on site.

Onshore Surveyor:

• Technical Diploma in Civil/Survey Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction company on site.

Safety Office:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering recognized by SEC and OSHA Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction company on site.

Mechanical Supervisor:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction company on site.

Draftsman:

• Technical Diploma in Civil Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction company on site.

Civil Foreman:

• High School or Technical Diploma in Civil Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction company on site.

Equipment Foreman:

• High School or Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction company on site.

Accountant:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction company on site.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction company on site.

HR Administrator:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction company on site.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous GCC/KSA countries’ experience is mandatory.
• Applicants must be inside KSA only and who have transferable Iqama.
• Work closely with project and design teams to meet technical requirements.
• Applicants must have experience in Royal Commission & NWC projects.
• Candidates must be available in Saudi Arabia and can join immediately.
