GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Technical Office Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent, and PMP Certification.
• At least 7 – 10 years of experience in building construction projects.

Civil Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent.
• At least 7 – 10 years of experience in building construction projects.

Architecture Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering or an equivalent.
• At least 7 – 10 years of experience in building construction projects.

Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent.
• At least 7 – 10 years of experience in building construction projects.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying or an equivalent.
• At least 7 – 10 years of experience in building construction projects.

Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Civil or Survey Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 7 – 10 years of experience in building construction projects.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or management or an equivalent.
• At least 7 – 10 years of experience in the construction industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must have a valid Saudi driving license.
• Candidates must have Building Construction project experience.
• Must have transferable IQAMA, and be ready to relocate within KINGDOM.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
