• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 6 – 10 years of experience in allover procurements at building construction.

Requirements:

• Experience in preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns.
• Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings.
• Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5 years of Quantity Surveyor experience in building construction.

Requirements:

• Have a working knowledge of basic plant, equipment, and materials.
• Have a sound working knowledge of construction and contract law and various forms of Conditions of Contract.
• Know construction techniques on particular projects be knowledgeable of construction techniques on particular projects.
• Have a sound working knowledge of construction and contract law and various forms of Conditions of Contract.
• Preparation of Cash flow forecasts & estimating and cost planning.
• Reporting to the senior quantity surveyor & assist with the preparation of estimates and cost plans.
• Assist in the preparation of advice on contract procurement.
