GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Resident Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 15 years experience in building construction projects.

Assistant Resident Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 15 years experience in building construction projects.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years experience in building construction projects.

Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years experience in building construction projects.

Site Architect:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years experience in building construction projects.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 15 years experience in building construction projects.

Civil Inspector:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years experience in building construction projects.

Electrical Inspector:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years experience in building construction projects.

Mechanical Inspector:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years experience in building construction projects.

Land Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil/Survey Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years experience in building construction projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be fluent in Reading & Spoken English or Arabic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in projects involving Building Construction, building concrete structures, Finishing works, or other similar project scopes.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
