Asia Prime General Contracting Company is looking for Senior Planning Engineer & Planning Engineer for their Construction projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

POSITIONS

- Senior Planning Engineer

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience in a UAE-based construction company.
• Expert in Planning Software – Primavera.
• Expert in Excel – Advanced level.

Job Description:

• Prepare baseline program, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines as per project management plan.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with all project parties to collate project status reports.
• Prepare forecasts resulting from significant deviations from scheduled baselines.
• Conduct regular project site inspections.
• Provide assessment of Extension of Time claims.
• Prepare Forensic Planning & Delay Analysis.
• Developing project master schedule, updating, monitoring, and reviewing construction schedules, submitting, material delivery, procurement logs, and daily follow-up in addition to the necessary productivity measurement studies and associated corrective measures.

Eligibility Criteria:

• UAE Driving License required.
• Must be available in UAE and can join immediately.
• Strong Interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English (Speaking and Writing).

- Planning Engineer

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 05 years experience in a UAE-based construction company.
• Expert in Planning Software – Primavera.
• Expert in Excel – Advanced level.
