• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer with 20-25 years’ experience, 15 years of which is on site with strong technical and leadership skills, aware of local authorities requirements, checking technical material submittals, solving technical, commercial and contractual matters, verifying payments and variations and has joined projects since commencement, through execution till completion, DLP and final handing over.

Civil Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. 
• Minimum 10 years’ experience and must have relevant work experience in UAE.
• Aware of QA/QC procedures, aware of HSE plan, verifying payments, and aware of all related construction site operations.
• Monitor project progress and solve technical issues at project site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to design drawings and specifications.
• In-depth understanding of relevant building codes, local authorities rules and regulations and safety regulations.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or construction management.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Planning/ Project Controls field is required.
• Prepare resource loaded -man hour, equipment and cost loaded detailed construction programs.
• Review and Comment on Contractors Baseline schedule of works in line with contract conditions and assist them in developing acceptable programs.
• Evaluate & verify the planning and scheduling information from Contractors’ Progress reports and update progress schedules.
• Identify the potential areas of delay/slippage, highlight the critical events and suggest mitigation measures / corrective actions.

Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. 
• Minimum 15 years’ experience and must have experience in UAE.
• In-depth understanding of relevant building codes, local authorities rules and regulations and safety regulations.
• Ability to review contractor technical submittals: civil/structural shop drawings, design calculations, test reports, and project submittals.
• Support site/field engineering team to provide technical solutions and timely response to technical queries.

Civil Inspector:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 
• Minimum 08 years’ experience on site, inspecting contractor’s work in line with project drawings and specifications, aware of QA/QC procedures, aware of HSE plan, verifying payments, and aware of all construction related site operations.
