Bayaty Architects is looking for licensed professionals to fill the following vacancies below for Site projects in Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

POSITIONS

- Project Manager
- Mechanical Engineer
- Civil Inspector

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in managing and administering high-end residential multi-story buildings with a Consultant background, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects with strong technical and leadership skills, aware of local authorities’ requirements, checking technical material submittals, solving technical and commercial matters, verifying payments and variations, and has joined projects since commencement, through execution till completion, DLP, and final handing over.

Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in mechanical engineering development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of a construction project on-site checking technical material submittals, inspecting contractor’s work, solving problems, verifying payments, and being aware of all related construction site operations.

Civil Inspector:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in all aspects of construction supervision preferably in the UAE. Must have experience in inspecting contractor’s work in line with project drawings and specifications, aware of QA/QC procedures, aware of HSE plans, verifying quantities, and payments, and be aware of all related construction site daily operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be fluent in Reading & Spoken English or Arabic.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
• Ability to communicate and report effectively.
• Candidates should have ADM License or Equivalency Certificate.
• Assist senior engineers with limited portions of project design as per senior’s directions.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
