GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Resident Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and PMP Certification.
• Minimum 15 years of experience and 5 years of experience in the UAE within a consultancy background.

MEP Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience and 5 years of experience in the UAE within a consultancy background.

Civil Inspector:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience and 5 years of experience in the UAE within a consultancy background.

HSE Supervisor:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, IOSH or NEBOSH Certified.
• Minimum 8 years of experience and 5 years of experience in the UAE within a consultancy background.

Electrical Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience and 5 years of experience in the UAE within a consultancy background.

Mechanical Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience and 5 years of experience in the UAE within a consultancy background.

Architectural Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience and 5 years of experience in the UAE within a consultancy background.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Documents Controller in the construction industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be fluent in Reading and Spoken English or Arabic.
• Proficiency in solving site-related issues and technical submittals.
• Strong knowledge of construction, maintenance, and problem-solving in site operations.
• Expertise in architectural finishing works, contractor submittals, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
