BAYATY Architects LLC is seeking experienced individuals with a Consultancy background currently available in the UAE for the following positions to join our site team for our Abu Dhabi Project in the UAE.

POSITIONS

- RE / Architect Engineer
- Sr. Mechanical Engineer
- Sr. Structural Engineer
- Planning Engineer
- QA/QC Engineer
- Quantity Surveyor
- Civil Inspector
- Electrical Inspector
- Mechanical Inspector

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

RE / Architect Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering, and PMP Certification.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in architectural finishing works, contractor submittals, and compliance with contract requirements.

Senior Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience and 5 years’ experience in the UAE in site supervision, contractor inspections, and technical material submittals.

Senior Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience, 5 years’ experience in the UAE in site supervision, contractor inspections, and reviewing structural drawings and calculations.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
• Minimum 8 years’ experience and 4 years’ experience in the UAE in the Planning / Project Controls field is required.

QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
• Minimum 12 years’ experience and 6 years’ experience in the UAE.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
• Minimum 8 years’ experience and 4 years’ experience in the UAE in quantity surveying and cost control.

Civil Inspector:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years and 3 years of UAE experience in construction site supervision.

Electrical / Mechanical Inspector:

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years and 3 years of UAE experience in construction site supervision.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be fluent in Reading and Spoken English or Arabic.
• Proficiency in solving site-related issues and technical submittals.
• Strong knowledge of construction, maintenance, and problem-solving in site operations.
• Expertise in architectural finishing works, contractor submittals, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
