GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Senior Resident Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 7+ years of UAE experience in the Building design & supervision projects background.

Senior Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university, and PMP Certified.
• At least 7+ years of UAE experience in the Building design & supervision projects background.

Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.
• At least 7+ years of UAE experience in the Building design & supervision projects background.

HVAC Design Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 5+ years of UAE experience in the Building design & supervision projects background.

Electrical Design Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 5+ years of UAE experience in the Building design & supervision projects background.

Site Civil Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 5+ years of UAE experience in the Building supervision project background.

Site Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 5+ years of UAE experience in the Building supervision project background.

Structural Draftsman:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Drafting, or equivalent.
• At least 5+ years of UAE experience in a similar role within a Building project background.

Civil/Architecture Inspector:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil / Architecture Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5+ years of UAE experience in the Building supervision project background.

Electrical Inspector:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5+ years of UAE experience in the Building supervision project background.

Mechanical Inspector:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5+ years of UAE experience in the Building supervision project background.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates should be UAE Driving License holders.
• Candidates having Building Consultancy Projects experience are an advantage.
• All Engineering Candidates must have a strong background in the Building design industry.
• Only UAE-based candidates are eligible to apply and can join immediately.
