Resident Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 15 years total experience in UAE, and 6 years as Resident Engineer.
• Having experience in the practical use of FIDIC Contracts and Claims Evaluation.

QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil infrastructure works and general construction.
• Experience in landfill construction, including knowledge of lining systems and related tests is a MUST.

Site Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 6 years UAE experience in design and supervision.
• Should have experience in using BIM (Revit experience is a must, Autodesk certification, Dynamo, Rhino, and Grasshopper would be an advantage) and possess a good command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools.

Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 3 – 6 years of UAE experience in design and supervision.
• Should have experience in using BIM (Revit experience is a must, Autodesk certification, Dynamo, Rhino, and Grasshopper would be an advantage.) and possess a good command over AutoCAD, sketchUp, and rendering tools.

Landscape Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in design and supervision.
• Should have experience in using BIM (Revit experience is a must, Autodesk certification, Dynamo, Rhino, and Grasshopper would be an advantage.) and possess a good command over AutoCAD, sketchUp, and rendering tools.
