DuBuild Contracting LLC is looking for the following professionals for its building construction projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

JOB POSITIONS

- QA/QC Engineer (Civil)
- Quantity Surveyor
- Documents Controller

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

QA/QC Engineer:

• UAE/MOFA Attested degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience working as a QA/QC Engineer Building Construction in UAE.

Quantity Surveyor:

• UAE/MOFA Attested degree in Quantity Surveying and Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor Building Construction in UAE.

Documents Controller:

• UAE/MOFA Attested degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Documents Controller in a construction company.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ensure that Projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
