Qualification & Experience:

Job Description:
• Prepare baseline program, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines as per project management plan.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with all project parties to collate project status reports.
• Prepare the final model of the project after applying all amendments to be sent to the client or used as a reference in the future.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS |
Qualification & Experience:

Job Description:
• Handle all issues related to the assigned area in the project and gather the needed information to implement all activities effectively.
• Receive the monthly target from the Construction team in order to get the new deadlines for the ongoing project.
• Manage the sub-contractors and labor in order to ensure they are working efficiently according to the project specs and quality standards.
• Sign the material request to provide the subcontractors with the needed equipment and materials.
• Coordinate with the safety team in order to check that the safety procedures are going on track.
• Coordinate with the Electrical and Mechanical engineers in order to make sure no conflicts occur.
• Conduct daily inspection on the safety procedures on site in order to make sure that the subcontractors and labor comply with safety procedures.
• Ensure that the activities performed by the subcontractors and the site labor force match the shop drawings to be delivered to the Quality Control.

Job Description:
• Cooperate in the preparation of the detailed time schedule for the project including activity listing, relationships, contractual milestones and resource allocation to be sent to the client and/or the consultant for approval.
• Prepare periodical reports for the client including the schedule updates, resource histograms, S-curve, work volume and areas of concern.
• Cooperate in defining the events that may cause delay and conduct an analysis accordingly to be sent to the client/consultant after being reviewed by the contracts team (merits of claims).
• Support in preparing claims that may cause any delay in the project to gain client’s approval for time extension.

Job Description:
• Receive and review the new projects details and documents from the tender department in order to have full awareness of the new project.
• Support the Project Manager in setting “budget zero” in order to get the approval from the Top Management.
• Set the indirect cost plan in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Collect the data from the technical staff (QS – Labor sheets – inventory – etc.) to support in making the Cost report.
• Send the indirect cost per month compared with the cost plan in order to track the budget stated in the plan and take corrective actions.
