GENERAL REQUIREMENTS |
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10 – 15 Years of Experience in Cost Estimation and Project Cost Control for the Building Construction Business.
Requirements:
• Prepare Job Budget by activity based on the contractual documents.
• Provide a summary of the budget by resources (Material Manpower, subcontract, Equipment, and overhead).
• Calculate the monthly Cost Report and calculate the actual Cost and Cost to Complete all ongoing jobs.
• Coordinate with the Relevant Department.
• Prepare Comparisons between Budget cost and Estimated cost based on the Contract documents.
• Highlight any costs that are not within budget.
• Highlight Potential areas where cost can be claimed.
• Revise the Job budget with approval by Management to accommodate the items that are missing from the approved Job budget or Variation.
• Verifies Quantities on Material Requisition Forms received from the site to ensure that they are within the budget.
Cost Estimator:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10 – 15 Years of Experience in Cost Estimation and Project Cost Control for the Building Construction Business.
Requirements:
• Advanced knowledge of construction and engineering processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings.
• High-level mathematical skills.
Quantity Surveyor:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3 – 5 Years of Experience in the field of Quantity Surveying in Construction Work.
Requirements:
• Advanced knowledge of construction and engineering processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings.
• High-level mathematical skills.
Executive Secretary:
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of GCC experience in a similar role.
Requirements:
• Organize and coordinate the day-to-day schedules including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Manage communication channels and respond to correspondence appropriately on behalf of the executives.
• Prepare and distribute internal and external documents, including reports, memos, and letters.
• Maintain the electronic and paper files and ensure they are updated regularly.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and external entities.
• Plan and coordinate events and conferences if required.
• UAE work experience will be preferred.
• Candidates should have experience in Road and Infrastructure Construction projects.
• Candidates should be Strategic thinkers with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
