• Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years in the precast concrete industry. 

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Responsible for inspection and testing activities relevant to products manufactured in factories or erected at sites by following the approved quality procedures set to him by the QA & QC Manager.
• Report to the QA & QC Manager about the daily progress of the work in his area regarding Quality Control.
• Comply with all EHS regulations and company EHS procedures during his work performing.

Quality Control Inspector:

• Holding a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in inspection of precast concrete products.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection according to approved drawings and approved inspection and testing plan and project specifications and documents, the position will report to QC Engineer at the factory or site.
• Monitor, inspect, document, and report to the QC Engineer about the activities of preproduction such as (Mould checking, steel reinforcement, stressing, and pouring concrete) and postproduction such as (demolding, storage, curing by water, hot water, or steam).

Estimation Quantity Surveyor:

• Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
•  Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the quantities take-off from the drawing, and preparing the bill of quantities.
• Float inquiries for subcontractors/ suppliers as required during the tender stage.
• Take out the quantities from the drawings, prepare the bill of quantities, and assist Deputy Estimation Manager in preparing the estimate of the projects.

Supervisor – Steel Fixer:

• Holding a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years in a similar environment

Duties And Responsibilities:

• The Steel Fixer Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of steel fixers in the proper installation of steel reinforcement bars according to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• They must ensure that all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner while maintaining a safe working environment.
