Hill International is looking to fill the below roles for our Real Estate Development (Mixed Use) Project in Al-Ula, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

JOB POSITIONS

- Sr. Design Manager
- Sr. Construction Manager
- Sr. Contract Manager
- Sr. Controls Manager (Cost / Time / Risk)
- Sr. HSEQ Manager
- QA Manager
- HSE Engineer
- Sr. Planner
- Sr. Quantity Surveyor
- Site Surveyor
- Sr. Document Controller
- Document Controller

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Manager’s Positions:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering in addition to a degree in Project Management or a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
• At least 20 years of experience in managerial roles.

Engineer’s Positions:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline.
• At least 15 years of experience in Engineer’s roles.

Other Positions:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in similar roles.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Preference will be given to bi-lingual candidates.
• Candidates must have a Valid Saudi Driving Licence.
• Candidates must have a valid (Transferable) Iqama holder.
• Candidates necessary for affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
