JC Maclean International FZCO currently looking for the following professionals for its Fit-Out projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

JOB POSITIONS

- Senior Contract Engineer
- Planning Engineer
- QA/QC Engineer
- Civil Site Engineer
- Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Civil Foreman

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Senior Contract Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or preferably with an MBA.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Construction/Fit-Out works in the UAE.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Construction/Fit-Out works in the UAE.

QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Construction works in the UAE.

Civil Site Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 6 years of experience in Construction works in the UAE.

Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 – 6 years of experience in estimation & costing with a Fit-out company in the UAE.

Civil Foreman:

• High School or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 – 6 years of experience in Construction works in the UAE.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and meet short deadlines.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of subcontractors.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
