Project Engineer (MEP):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. 
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of UAE experience in the Construction field.

Project Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of UAE experience in the Construction field.

Site Engineer:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of UAE experience in the Construction field.

Estimator:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a similar field.
• At least 10 years of experience working for a high-end residential interior fit-out, construction, Infrastructure, and industrial as a Senior Estimator, Estimator, or similar role.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a similar field.
• At least 5 – 7 years of experience working for a high-end residential interior fit-out, construction, Infrastructure, and industrial as a Quantity Surveyor, or similar role.

Safety Officer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 5 – 7 years of experience working for a high-end residential interior fit-out, construction, and Infrastructure.

Safety Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 5  years of experience working for a high-end residential interior fit-out, construction, and Infrastructure.

Civil Surveyor:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, or in the Surveying field.
• At least 5  years of experience working for a high-end residential interior fit-out, construction, and Infrastructure.

Draftsman:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5  years of experience working for a high-end residential interior fit-out, construction, and Infrastructure.

Civil Foreman:

• High School or Diploma in Engineering.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in UAE for interior fit-out works.
