Structure Design Engineer:• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of structural design experience in the UAE.
Job Responsibilities:
• Fully conversant and proficient in structural design software including SAP2000, Etabs, Safe, Prokon, Midas Set, Mathcad, Autodesk Structural Bridge Design, and STAAD Pro V8i.

Landscaping Civil Engineer:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Landscape and Irrigation projects in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
• Should know the preparation of B.O.Q, payment certificate, and tender submission.
• Familiar with the authorities’ requirements (RTA, DEWA, DM, Etisalat, Du) and standards.
• Liaise with the consultant and subcontractors for shop drawings, material submittals, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and the site team for WIRs, MIRs submission to the consultant, and follow up for approval.
Technical Engineer:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in technology or computer science, and Professional certification.
• Five (5) years of experience in a technical role.
Job Responsibilities:
• Expertise in creating, analyzing, and repairing large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience in project management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Procurement Engineer:
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or other similar fields.
• Ten (10) years of extensive experience working in the procurement department in an operations and construction field.
Job Responsibilities:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to succinctly summarize information and provide the detail necessary to complete tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills, must be willing to regularly engage in-person and over the phone with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to work across multiple software platforms.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Senior Estimator:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a similar field.
• At least 10 years of experience working for a high-end residential interior fit-out, construction, Infrastructure, and industrial as a Senior Estimator, Estimator, or similar role.
Job Responsibilities:
• Knowledgeable of CCS Candy.
• Strong knowledge of various construction practices.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding understanding of data analysis and KPIs.
• Ability to visit the construction site.
• Exceptional reporting and negotiation skills.
Fit-out Foreman:
• High School or Diploma in Engineering.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in UAE for interior fit-out works.
Job Responsibilities:
• Must be able to understand material finishes and construction material requirements.
• Material and manpower planning and management.
• Should be able to perform setting-out plans on site as per approved drawings.
• Should be able to handle sites independently.
• Should have experience executing projects.
• Should have a fair knowledge of electrical and MEP works.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and reports to Project Manager.
• Having good communication skills with subcontractors.
• Reports/properly update the Project Manager.
