Khansaheb Facilities Management is hiring for new contracts for multiple locations within the United Arab Emirates.

- Supervisor (Electrical)
- Supervisor (Plumbing)
- Supervisor (Electrotechnical)
- Quantity Surveyor
- Administrator
- Team Leader (Soft Services)

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Energy, Technology & Innovation Head’s:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Energy Management.
• 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management or a related industry.

Facilities Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management or a related industry.

Assistant Facilities Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management or a related industry.

Facilities Engineer’s:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Overall 10 years of experience, and 5 years in Facilities Management or a related industry.

Civil Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Overall 10 years of experience, and 5 years in Facilities Management or a related industry.

Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• Overall 10 years of experience, and 5 years in Facilities Management or a related industry.

QHSE Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Overall 10 years of experience, and 2 years in Facilities Management or a related industry.

QHSE Officer:

• Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Overall 10 years of experience, and 2 years in Facilities Management or a related industry.

Supervisor’s:

• Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Overall 10 years of experience, and 2 years in Facilities Management or a related industry.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, CQS (Certified Quantity Surveyor).
• 5 years of experience in Facilities Management or a related industry.

Team Leader:

• High School or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 – 5 years of experience in Facilities Management or a related industry.

Administrator:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Management or a related industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Candidates must be Experienced in the Civil, MEP, and Facilities Management industry.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
