We are hiring qualified experts to be seconded to one of our clients in Abu Dhabi for a Tunnels and Bridges Program delivered under PPP and EPC models.

- Project Control Manager
- Tender Manager

- Tunnel O&M Engineer
- Tunnel Expert
- NOC Engineer
- Roads & Pavement Expert
- Electro-Mechanical Expert

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Control Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in monitoring project control systems for EPC tunnel and bridge projects.

Tender Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in overseeing and managing the full tendering process for tunnel and bridge EPC projects.

Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in reviewing and inspecting tunnel structures and related civil components to ensure safety and design compliance.

Tunnel O&M Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in reviewing contractors’ O&M manuals, procedures, and schedules.

Tunnel Expert:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in reviewing tunnel design drawings, reports, and construction methods.

NOC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in preparing and submitting NOC applications for project works.

Roads & Pavement Expert:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of technical expertise in the design, maintenance, and performance assessment of road and pavement structures associated with tunnel and bridge networks.

Electro-Mechanical Expert:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in technical oversight of all electro-mechanical (E&M) systems within tunnels, ensuring compliance with operational, safety, and design standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good communication in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Engineering candidates with excellent communication & presentation skills, commercial acumen, and computer savvy are necessary.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Working knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority standards and site documentation practices.
