GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/architecture/interior design.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in fit-out / interior contracting projects in the UAE.

Planning Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction planning Civil / MEP / Fit-Out) in the UAE.

Assistant HSE Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Safety, and NEBOSH IGC Certification.
• Minimum 6+ years of HSE experience in construction projects in the UAE.

Senior Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction / MEP projects in the UAE.

Senior Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction / MEP projects in the UAE.

Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in claims, variations, and final accounts of projects in the UAE.

Procurement Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical).
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience as a Procurement Engineer in construction in the UAE.

Draftsman:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in construction works in the UAE.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or administrative certification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• UAE work experience will be preferred.
• Candidates should have experience in high-rise building and villa projects.
• Candidates should be Strategic thinkers with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
