GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Construction Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a recognized institution.
• At least 10+ years of working experience in the UAE in the building construction field with an excellent overall understanding of the construction industry.

Project Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• At least 5+ years of working experience in the UAE in the building construction field with an excellent overall understanding of the construction industry.

Planning Engineer:

QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized institution.
• At least 5+ years of working experience in the UAE in the building construction field with an excellent overall understanding of the construction industry.

Technical Engineer:

MEP Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• At least 5+ years of working experience in the UAE in the building construction field with an excellent overall understanding of the construction industry.

Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• At least 5+ years of working experience in the UAE in the building construction field with an excellent overall understanding of the construction industry.

MEP Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• At least 5+ years of working experience in the UAE in the construction field with an excellent overall understanding of the construction industry.

Cost Controller:

SITE Engineer:

Draughtsman:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 5+ years of working experience in the UAE in the building construction field with an excellent overall understanding of the construction industry.

Civil Foreman:

• Trade Certificate, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 5+ years of working experience in the UAE in the building construction field with an excellent overall understanding of the construction industry.

Electrical Foreman:

• Trade Certificate, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 5+ years of working experience in the UAE in the building construction field with an excellent overall understanding of the construction industry.

Finishing Foreman:

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in the Construction industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must be UAE Driving License holders.
• Candidates must have experience in High-rise & Mid-rise building construction projects.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
