We are expanding our team at Mathews Metal Manufacturing LLC – Dubai Investment Park (DIP) and looking for talented professionals from the Facade Aluminum Industry.

JOB POSITIONS

- Planning Manager
- Façade Structural Engineer
- Senior Planning Engineer
- Senior Façade Estimator
- Senior Project Engineer
- Façade Designer
- Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Façade Draftsman
- Site Supervisor – Façade

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Planning Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Building Façade and Aluminium projects within the UAE region.

Façade Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in Building Façade and Aluminium projects within the UAE region.

Senior Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field, and (Primavera P6 Certification).
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in Building Façade and Aluminium projects within the UAE region.

Senior Façade Estimator:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in Building Façade and Aluminium projects within the UAE region.

Senior Project Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in Building Façade and Aluminium projects within the UAE region.

Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE Experience in Building Façade and Aluminium projects within the UAE region.

Façade Draftsman:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Drafting, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE Experience in Building Façade and Aluminium projects within the UAE region.

Site Supervisor – Façade:

• Diploma in Civil / Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Building Façade and Aluminium projects within the UAE region.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• UAE work experience will be preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Candidates must demonstrate relevant UAE experience in Building Façade & Aluminium projects.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
