• Bachelor’s Degree in Planning Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 7 – 10 years of experience in MEP Construction only.

Job Responsibilities:

• Must be proficient in Primavera P6 & MS Project. 
• Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.
• Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.
• Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets & cash flows.

Quantity Surveyor – MEP:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, Management, or related field. 
• Minimum of 7 – 10 years of experience as QS.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor, and time.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Value completed work, oversee bills and arrange payments.

General Accountant:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts/ACCA/ACMA or a related field. 
• Minimum of 4 – 5 years of experience as an Accountant.

Junior Accountant:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts/ACCA/ACMA or a related field. 
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience as a Jr. Accountant.

Audit Assistant:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts/ACCA/ACMA or a related field. 
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience as an Assistant Auditor.
