GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager – Structural:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Architectural Engineering, or Interior Design, along with Project Management Certification.
• Minimum 10+ years of UAE experience with a prestigious Design & Build Contracting company in Dubai, renowned for delivering ultra-luxury villas and mansion projects.

Design Manager – Concept:

Architect:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Architectural Engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience with a prestigious Design & Build Contracting company in Dubai, renowned for delivering ultra-luxury villas and mansion projects.

Senior Estimator:

Senior Interior Designer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or a similar field.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience with a prestigious Design & Build Contracting company in Dubai, renowned for delivering ultra-luxury villas and mansion projects.

Senior Quantity Surveying:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a similar field.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience with a prestigious Design & Build Contracting company in Dubai, renowned for delivering ultra-luxury villas and mansion projects.

Senior Procurement Engineer:

Draughtsman – Structural:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Civil, Structural Engineering, or similar field.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience with a prestigious Design & Build Contracting company in Dubai, renowned for delivering ultra-luxury villas and mansion projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Candidates should have UAE experience in the Interior & Exterior finishing projects.
• Candidates should have command and knowledge of the related Software for design works.
• Required experienced professionals with a solid background in Design & Build Contracting, particularly those who have worked on high-end, luxury villas and mansions with exceptional interior and exterior finishes.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
