• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical), and Certified Project Management Professional
• 5+ years of experience in the full scope of Interior Fit-out works and F&B and Residential projects.

Estimation Engineer:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the interior fit-out industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.

Junior Architect:

• Bachelor’s in Architecture, SOE preferred. 
• 3-5 years of experience within an architectural or engineering consultancy firm with a similar role in Dubai.
• Familiar with Dubai Municipality Design Regulations and Guidelines.
• Drive the coordination of the project design and project team, including all sub-consultants.

Draughtsman:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• Candidate should have experience of 2 years in UAE, Interior Fit-Out, and Joinery and Architectural Drafting.

Secretary/Receptionist:

• College Degree /Diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years UAE experience in the same role Experience in the same Industry is an advantage. (Design and Fit-out Company).
