Pioneer Engineering Consultancy LLC seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team for our Building & Industrial projects in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

- Structural Engineer (BIM Structure)
- Planning Engineer
- Electrical Engineer
- Mechanical Engineer
- Electrical Technician
- Mechanical Technician
- Draftsman

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Structural Engineer – BIM:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in BIM structural design.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.

Structural Engineer – Steel:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in steel structure design.
• Proficiency in STAAD Pro, ETABS, Tekla, AutoCAD.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of UAE experience in planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel (experience in MS Project is a plus).

Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in building services or industrial projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design software.

Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and mechanical calculation software.

Electrical Inspector:

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of UAE experience in electrical panels, cabling, and termination.

Mechanical Technician:

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of practical experience in HVAC or plumbing layouts and equipment systems.

Draftsman:

• Diploma or ITI in Civil / Drafting / CAD or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in structural or construction drafting.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be fluent in Reading & Spoken English or Arabic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in reviewing and providing feedback on the work of junior engineers.
• Candidates should have experience in Building / Industrial projects.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
