GENERAL REQUIREMENTS |
• B.Sc. / B.E Civil Engineering with 15 – 20 years of experience in the construction field in any GCC country with a minimum of 5 years of experience in UAE in the capacity of Project Manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the overall project execution to complete the set budget and time as per the specified quantity.
• Managing the workforce resources effectively at the site and coordinating the activities of different departments at the site.
• Supervising the workforce through direct contact and providing guidance and support as and when required.
• Attending regular meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Ensuring the effective implementation of HSE and Quality Management System procedures in all areas under his control.
Project Manager:
• B.Sc. / B.E Civil Engineering with 10 – 15 years of experience in the construction field in any GCC country with a minimum of 5 years of experience in UAE in the capacity of Project Manager.

Construction Manager:
• B.Sc. / B.E Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 – 15 years of experience in a construction/contracting company, with at least 5 years as a Construction Manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the construction activity at the site to ensure work is performed in a safe and quality manner.
• Achieving set targets and completion in terms of construction methods and deliverables.
• Planning, monitoring day-to-day construction activities, and supervising the site construction staff at the site.
• Ensuring the construction machinery & equipment are in working condition at the site.
• Ensuring proper coordination and follow-ups related to all authorities’ required approvals.
Senior Planning Engineer:
• B.Sc. / B.E Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 10 – 15 years of work experience in Planning in a building construction company.
• Knowledge of FIDIC is an added advantage.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the Planning activities of the project and assisting the Planning & Cost Control Manager & Project Manager in claims & disputes for the project including performing Delay Analysis as dictated by the relevant contract.
• Coordinating the planning & scheduling needs of the project with the respective project Managers in a matrix form of organization.
• Finalization of project baseline schedule with the coordination of internal management and project Consultants utilizing Primavera P6.
• Skilled in preparing & floating tender and Execution strategic plans of Infrastructure and Construction Buildings and Villas “all kinds of Villas and High rise Buildings” to developers, Evaluating Offers, Techno-commercial discussions, and finalizing contracts in view of project schedule.
Senior Quantity Surveyor:
• B.Sc. / B.E Civil Engineering with 5 – 10 years of experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the building construction industry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare the Commercial Recommendation form as provided by the Client.
• Prepare all data associated with progress and cross-check them against the site inspection requests.
• Review the interim payments submitted by the Sub Contractors and Suppliers (verification of actual quantities accomplished at the site, calculation of the Engineering quantities as per the drawings, cross-checking the unit rates with the approved contract.
• Evaluation of all Change Orders (quantities and unit rates).
• Extend his responsibilities to other disciplines such as civil, concrete, and steel structure as deemed necessary, although they form a minor part of the project scope.
• Quantity estimates for progress payment purposes.
• Updated final quantity estimates based on actual progress data.
• Daily monitoring of contractor progress including materials delivered, materials installed, materials dredged, labor resources employed, equipment resources utilized, and other statistical management.
• Candidates should have experience in the Building Construction industry.
