GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering, in addition to a degree in Project Management or a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
• 15 years of total experience in construction or architectural projects, including 15 years of experience in consulting Engineering/Project Supervision Management, and 10 years of work in Saudi Arabia.

Sr. Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 15 years of experience in electrical construction projects, including 10 years of experience in supervising projects in addition to work experience in the technical and design department, and 5 years of work experience in Saudi Arabia.

Sr. Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 15 years of experience in electrical construction projects, including 10 years of experience in supervising projects in addition to work experience in the technical and design department, and 5 years of work experience in Saudi Arabia.

Sr. Civil/Structure Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 15 years of experience in electrical construction projects, including 10 years of experience in supervising projects in addition to work experience in the technical and design department, and 5 years of work experience in Saudi Arabia.

Planner / Scheduler Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering as well as PMP Project Management Professional.
• 7+ years of experience in projects, including 4 years in engineering consulting/supervising projects in Saudi Arabia, and distinguished in preparing and preparing project reports and skilled in using relevant computer programs.

Safety Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety or equivalent engineering from a recognized Institution. Shall be certified NEBOSH-IGC and or Grade IOSH
• 7+ years of experience in projects, including 4 years of experience in engineering consulting/project supervision in Saudi Arabia.

Quantity Surveyor (Civil):

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
• 5+ years of experience in calculating quantities and estimating costs, including 3 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.

Quantity Surveyor (MEP):

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
• 5+ years of experience in calculating quantities and estimating costs, including 3 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Preference will be given to bilingual candidates.
• Candidates must have a Valid Saudi Driving Licence.
• Candidates must be valid (Transferable) Iqama holders.
• Candidates are necessary for affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
