Sobha Construction LLC is a fast-growing Construction Company in the Middle East We are looking for seasoned and dynamic individuals to be a part of our high-rise building & Roads Infrastructure projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

JOB POSITIONS

- Planning Manager
- Assistant Manager (Planning)
- Planning Engineer (High-rise Buildings)
- Planning Engineer (Roads & Utilities)

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Planning Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• 15+ years of experience in high-rise residential projects in the execution of planning in the Civil/Construction industry.

Assistant Manager (Planning):

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• 10 – 14 years of experience in high-rise residential projects in the execution of planning in the Civil/Construction industry.

Planning Engineer (High-rise Buildings):

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• 06 – 10 years of experience in high-rise residential projects in the execution of planning in the Civil/Construction industry.

Planning (Roads & Utilities):

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• 06 – 10 years of experience in infra Roads & Utility projects in the execution of planning in the Civil/Construction industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Must have experience in High Rise Residential & Infrastructure Utility Projects.
• Must have experience in Primavera Project Plans.
• UAE work experience is preferred.
• For managerial roles, experience in leading a team is mandatory.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
