Sobha Constructions LLC seeking an experienced professional to oversee various construction projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

➡️Project Manager (PM05)

Required Qualification & Experience:

• B.Tech/ B.E Civil Engineering with 12 – 15 years of construction building experience.
• 05 years as a construction project manager in large construction/High-rise building projects.
• At least 3 years of GCC experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good project management, analytical, and leadership skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.

➡️Procurement Manager (PRM05)

Required Qualification & Experience:

• B.Tech/ B.E Civil or Mechanical professional with 12 – 15 years experience.
• 5 years in a managerial role with the large construction industry.
• At least 3 years of GCC experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.

➡️Construction Manager (CM01)

Required Qualification & Experience:

• B.E Civil Engineering with 10+ years experience with at least 02 years as CM.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates who have Gulf experience will be preferred only.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.

➡️QA/QC Engineer (QA01)

Required Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma/ B.E Civil Engineering with 06 – 10 years relevant experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates who have Gulf experience will be preferred only.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.

➡️Site Engineer (SE01)

Required Qualification & Experience:

• B.E Civil Engineering with 05 – 10 years relevant experience.
• 5 years in a managerial role with the large construction industry.
• At least 3 years of GCC experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates who have Gulf experience will be preferred only.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
