We are looking for a proactive and driven individual with a passion for Landscape Architecture and design. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and work on some of the most high-profile projects throughout the UAE and KSA.

JOB POSITIONS

- Senior Associate Landscape Architect
- Associate Landscape Architect
- Associate Architect
- Senior / Lead Level Architect
- Architect BIM Technologist

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Senior Associate Landscape Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• 15+ years of related experience in planning, design, and construction administration.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient landscape architectural drafting/drawing ability.
• Experience in coordinating the design process.
• Strong knowledge of the local Flora of the UAE and KSA.

Associate Landscape Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• 10 years of related experience in planning, design, and construction administration.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient landscape architectural drafting/drawing ability.
• Experience in coordinating the design process.
• Strong knowledge of the local Flora of the UAE and KSA.

Associate Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 10 years of related experience in planning, design, and construction administration.

Technical Skills:

• Experience in coordinating the design process.
• Drawing production experience, preferably Revit or AutoCAD.
• Proficient architectural drafting/drawing ability.

Senior / Lead Level Architect:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• 10 – 15 years of Architecture experience. “At least 5 years in GCC, Preferred UAE / KSA knowledge.

Technical Skills:

• Professional Registration is preferred. Estidama and Green Building.
• Experience in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Auto CAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and other drawing-based design programs.

Architect BIM Technologist:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• 3-5 years of Architecture experience.

Technical Skills:

• Experience in Revit, BIM 360, Auto CAD, and other drawing production-based programs.
• Ability to work well within a team of other professionals.
• Familiarity with 3D drawings and modeling-based programs.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Candidates must have valid UAE licenses.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Leadership skills as well as the ability to work well within a team of other professionals.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE / KSA / Locally and can join immediately.
