• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or equivalent.
• 6 – 10 years of GCC Building Construction industry experience in a similar role.
• Authority coordination in the construction industry as an EPC contractor.
• Project design coordination with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Authority coordination for project registration, NOC acquisition, and permits.
• Oversight of concrete and GIS site inspections.
• Facilitation of shop drawing approvals through regulatory coordination.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree, and NEBOSH IGC Certification.  
• 4 – 5 years in UAE Construction (Building projects).
• Expert in Quantity take-off for Buildings and infrastructure.
• Tender document study and query preparation.
• Detailed BOQ preparation for costing.
• Sub-contractor/Supplier packages management.
• Tender BOQ and MTO preparation.
• Support Project team in Budgets, Variation orders, and Cost analysis.
• Claims Management and Cost Reporting expertise.
• Government tender experience.

Architectural draftsman:

• ITI Civil Draftsman/BE/B. Tech/Diploma (Civil) or equivalent.
• 4 – 5 years as an Architectural Draftsman for a Contracting Company.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, and 3D Modeling (SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
• Review design drawings and specifications.
• Prepare 2D/3D Civil drawings.
• Coordinate MEP services in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Technical Capability of BIM LOD 300 to LOD 500.
• Ensure product designs meet required standards.
