• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, Higher Post Graduate is an advantage.
• Minimum 20 Years of practical experience in the full spectrum of Design, Construction, & Project Management, experienced in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction, last 5 years in a managerial position.

Project Manager (Civil):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, PMP certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 20 years of practical experience in the full spectrum of Construction Project Management, experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, and quality control of all phases of construction, last 5 years in a managerial position.

Project Manager (MEP):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 20 Years in the construction industry particularly in senior positions in the MEP Divisions. Must have experience in independently handling big MEP projects, last 5 years in a managerial position.

Technical Manager (Civil):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering, PMP certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 20 Years of practical experience in the full spectrum of Infrastructure Project Management (a minimum of 5 years as Sr. Technical Engineer in large-scale infra. projects), experienced in developing detailed drawings, Dealing with Consultants/Authorities.

Construction Manager (Civil):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, PMP certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 Years of practical experience in the full spectrum of Construction Project Management, experienced in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction, last 5 years in a managerial position.

Construction Manager (MEP):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years Construction Industry with MEP Division, Good knowledge in all branches of MEP Engineering & Construction, last 5 years in a managerial position.

Procurement Engineer (Civil):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering, CPP, and CPPM certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Design, procurement/purchase, technical submittals, Knowledge of FIDIC Law, and Knowledge of contractual terms & conditions.

Procurement Engineer (MEP):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, CPP, and CPPM certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Design, procurement/purchase, technical submittals, Knowledge of FIDIC Law, and Knowledge of contractual terms & conditions.

Material Engineer (Civil):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, Good knowledge of Civil Engineering and QMS, ISO-9001, and ISO-14001 Updating of standards.

Quantity Surveyor (Civil):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Specialized in Quantity Survey.
• Minimum 5-7 in the Construction Industry as Quantity Surveyor with which minimum of 3 years in the GCC.
• Knowledge of Contracts and the UAE market conditions.

Quantity Surveyor (MEP):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Specialized in Quantity Survey.
• Minimum 5-7 in the Construction Industry as Quantity Surveyor with which minimum of 3 years in the GCC.
• Knowledge of Contracts and the UAE market conditions.

QA/QC Inspector (Civil):

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years in relevant field.
• ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System, Material Codes, Procedures, and International Standards, Data Analysis, Welding and Construction codes and standards, Reading and Interpreting drawings and Procedures.
