GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Construction Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience in façade construction and installation works in the UAE.

Cost Control Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of cost control, cost tracking, and budgeting experience in UAE construction projects.

Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of structural engineering experience in building projects in the UAE.

Project Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years in managing site operations for building & villa projects in the UAE.

MEP Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of MEP coordination experience in building & villa projects in the UAE.

Site Engineer – Civil:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of UAE experience in building & villa construction projects.

Land Surveyor:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Surveying or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of UAE experience in building & villa construction projects.

Assistant Land Surveyor:

• Diploma in Civil or Survey Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of UAE experience in building & villa construction projects.

Civil Foreman:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of UAE experience in supervising site activities for building & villa projects.

General Foreman:

• Trade Certification, Technical Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of UAE experience in supervising site activities for building & villa projects.

Finishing Foreman:

• Trade Certification, Technical Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of UAE experience in finishing and site supervision for building & villa projects.

Steel Fixer Foreman:

• Trade Certification, Technical Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of UAE experience in site supervision for building & villa projects.

Scaffolding Foreman:

• ITI Certificate, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or an equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of UAE experience in scaffolding works in building & villa construction projects.

Storekeeper:

• ITI Certificate, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or an equivalent.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years in UAE construction material management in building & villa construction projects.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or administrative certification.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of document control experience in UAE construction projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• UAE work experience will be preferred.
• Candidates should have experience in High-rise Building & Villa projects.
• Candidates should be Strategic thinkers with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
