JOB POSITIONS

- Project Director (Civil)
- Project Manager (Design)
- Cost Manager (Civil)
- Logistics Manager

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Director:

• Degree or above in Civil Engineering or a related subject.
• 20 years of relevant working experience in mega projects.

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of design and construction project experience with consulting companies.
• Knowledge of Saudi Building Building codes & design codes.

Cost Manager:

• Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related subject.
• 20 years of experience in Construction Projects Costing in the GCC with consulting companies.
• Experience with Cost Control Tools SAP, ECOSYS, and UNIFIER.
• Oversight and coordination of all cost activities.

Logistics Manager:

• Master’s Degree in Engineering or a related subject.
• Minimum last 10 years in major Construction Project Logistics Leadership roles.
• Over 20 years of total experience.
• Experience in Business Planning & Reporting.
• Project/commercial/contract management support.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate who is fluent in Arabic and English is preferred.
• Candidate Must have experience in Buildings/Road/Infrastructure projects.
• Membership in the Council of Engineers is a prerequisite.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
