We are looking for qualified professionals to join our Architectural, Structural & MEP Design Team in Dubai South, UAE.

POSITIONS

- Senior Structural Engineer
- Technical Architect
- Senior Architect
- Structural Engineer
- BIM Modeler – MEP
- BIM Modeler – Architectural
- Technical Engineer – Electrical
- Technical Engineer – Mechanical

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Senior Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in structural design for buildings and urban development projects.

Technical Architect:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in architectural design and detailing for buildings and urban development projects.

Senior Architect:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in architectural design for buildings and urban development projects.

Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in structural design and detailing for buildings and urban development projects.

Technical Engineer – Electrical:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience in the design of electrical systems (LV, MV, ELV) for buildings and urban development projects.

Technical Engineer – Mechanical:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting system design for buildings and urban development projects.

BIM Modeler – MEP:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years of UAE experience in MEP BIM modeling for buildings and urban development projects.

BIM Modeler – Architectural:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Architecture or Certified BIM Technician.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in architectural BIM modeling for buildings and urban development projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must be UAE Driving License holders.
• Candidates must have experience in Residential Building background projects.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
