Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a relevant field, and PMP Certification.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the construction industry (UAE experience mandatory).
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civil:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in n claims, variations, and final accounts of projects in the UAE.
Senior Electrical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in LV & MV systems, lighting, and Power MEP projects in the UAE.
Senior Quantity Surveyor - MEP:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in claims, variations, and final accounts of projects in the UAE.
Procurement Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical).
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience as a Procurement Engineer in construction projects in the UAE.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• UAE work experience will be preferred.
• Candidates should have experience in high-rise building and villa projects.
• Candidates should be Strategic thinkers with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
